Dalton Skach is a successful real estate entrepreneur based in the United States. He attended the University of Colorado Boulder where he received his degree in entrepreneurship and real estate in 2016. Six months after graduating, Dalton started his own commercial real estate consulting business where he sourced $250M+ worth of off-market commercial real estate opportunities all over the United States for REITs, private equity groups, and institutional investors. While sourcing and underwriting these opportunities, Dalton worked remotely while he traveled to 35+ countries all over the world.
Kent is a seasoned business development executive with over 25 years of experience in the enterprise SaaS, mortgage banking, insurance, securities, luxury real estate and energy industries. He has deep web and mobile product development experience on both coasts (SF/LA/New England) and is an early cryptocurrency adopter and Blockchain consultant. He holds gaming patents cited by over 250 companies including Microsoft, DirecTV, Sony and Konami. Kent earned a BA in Communication Theory from Saint Mary’s College of California and continued studies in Game Theory, Machine Learning, Algorithms Specialization, Organizational Analysis, Social and Economic Networks from Stanford and the Blockchain program at the a16z Crypto Startup School.
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree from Berklee College of Music, Jude started his career as a licensed real estate agent out in the greater Boston area back in 2010. He focused on large commercial real estate and rental properties and worked with many prominent investors in the city.
Quickly after moving to southern California, he transitioned to continuing his studies in accounting and computer science. Since then he has been part of organizations that worked with many small to Fortune 500 companies throughout the world and also worked as a management analyst in municipal government in the financial sector bridging the gap between finance and technologies. Jude is also a full stack developer and quantitative analyst.
He oversaw and took the lead in many large-scale software developments throughout his career; industries expanding from finance, public safety, e-commerce, real estate and various SaaS products that have hundreds of thousand daily users.
He is also an investor in blockchain technologies and crypto currencies. He also currently provides consulting to a crypto currency trading firm in the US as a quantitative analyst and part shareholder and actively participates in developing applications integrating blockchain technologies.
He is also owner and investor of several companies in software development, accounting and finance.
Laurie is a real estate broker and has been actively involved in residential and commercial real estate, institutional investing, and REIT management and development. She became a California broker in 2000 and has negotiated a multitude of short sales, foreclosures, and investments in REO properties. She is also a licensed agent in Texas and previously in Michigan. Laurie completed her BBA at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, is a graduate of the Professional Realty Institute, and completed additional studies at Colliers University, American School of Mortgage Banking, and California Institute of Applied Design.
