Dalton Skach is a Founder and Managing Principal of Gold Gate who works with private equity funds, REIT’s, and commercial real estate developers to source and underwrite off-market commercial real estate acquisitions.
Dalton believes that liquidity is one of the biggest risks with owning a real estate investment and because of this, Dalton makes it a priority to gather and maintain as much property, market, and financial data as possible to ensure a swift closing that benefits all parties involved.
Prior to founding Gold Gate, Dalton gained experience in real estate as a residential broker, commercial broker, analyst, and developer. Since then, he has assisted in transactions of $23,200,000 worth of commercial real estate.
Dalton has attained a Colorado Real Estate Broker license, Nevada Real Estate Salesperson license, and an ARGUS Enterprise certification. In addition, he has completed Microsoft Excel and ARGUS Enterprise valuations for multiple office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality properties across the United States.
Dalton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategy & Entrepreneurship with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Oliver has a diversified background from many fields which bolster his contribution to Gold Gate. He has developed a strong comprehension in the field of mathematical finance due to his previous research position at the University of California at Berkeley, with a primary focus on interest rates, futures pricing, and volatility. He has gained invaluable experience with the real estate development company, Reno Land, Inc. which is responsible for a significant amount of growth in the accelerating market of Reno, Nevada; he has further developed his financial acumen during his time with Private Wealth Partners, a wealth management fund based in Marin County; he has also spent time as an independent contractor modeling financial summaries for various companies.
Oliver is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree of Arts in Applied Mathematics with an emphasis in Quantum Mechanics from the University of California at Berkeley.
